Every Gingerpurr beanie is embroidered to order, so it takes a little longer than a regular shop. Here is what to expect.
Production
Your beanie is made after you order. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days. During busy periods like the holidays it can take longer.
Delivery
After production, your order ships to you with tracking. Delivery usually takes about 3 to 8 business days within the United States and about 5 to 10 business days within Canada. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary by carrier and location.
Total time is production plus delivery, so plan for roughly 1.5 to 3 weeks from order to doorstep.
Tracking
You will get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking email when your package ships.
Customs and duties
Shipping costs and any taxes or customs fees are shown at checkout when they apply.
Wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. We can only change it before production starts, so write to us right away at GingerPurrshop@gmail.com if you made a mistake.
